TMA-122
The TMA-122 replaces both the approach loop and presence loop at the stop line with a single above-ground detector. One relay covers an adjustable approach area up to 60 m out, while a second covers presence at the line and triggers for each vehicle crossing, turning the same signal into a vehicle count. If a vehicle fails to move when the light turns green, the controller is informed of possible congestion.

Two loops replaced by one detector.
The TMA-122 is an all-in-one microwave detector for traffic light management, replacing both the approach loop and the presence loop at the stop line.
It detects approaching vehicles as well as stopped vehicles at the stop line, and triggers the dry contact at each passing vehicle to enable vehicle counting. The result is a reduction in civil engineering, security, and personnel intervention costs.

The TMA-122 detects vehicles approaching the stop line from up to 60 m. The first relay activates when a vehicle moves in an adjustable area 20 or 60 m ahead of the stop line. The second activates when a vehicle moves or stops within an adjustable 10 m area at the line, and holds within a preset time limit until the vehicle restarts.
Moving and stationary vehicles
Up to 60 m for movement, with a 10 or 15 m presence area at the stop line. Speeds up to 110 km/h.
A count from the same unit
The stop-line relay triggers for each vehicle crossing, so the signal to the controller converts directly into a vehicle count.
Knows when a vehicle doesn't move
If a vehicle fails to start when the light turns green, the control system is informed of possible congestion at the intersection.
Built for the stop line.
The TMA-122 is available in LV, MV, and HV power variants. Figures assume an installation height of 4.5 m, a minimum back distance of 2 m from the stop line, and an offset of up to 2 m from the edge of the roadway.
